Pierre-Jean Quinonero, Executive Chef Pâtissier of the international Four Seasons Hotel Group, is considered one of the leading French pastry chefs on the contemporary gastronomic scene. With a modern approach, Chef Quinonero redefines pastry through simplicity, balance, and a deep understanding of raw ingredients.
His philosophy emphasizes the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients, the reduction of sugar-treated as a ‘spice’-and the creation of aromatic harmony using herbs, fruits, and blossoms.
