In 1989 with a group of outstanding chefs and famous professionals we started with great care the first private culinary and confectionery school. Predicting the needs of the field, we created a school of professional perfection based on the French standard, in order for our graduates to be excellent trained professionals with a powerful presence in the labor market.

In the years passed the curricula have been upgraded many times. With complete equipment, exceptional logistics infrastructure, famous professionals and cooperation with educational organizations of abroad for more than 25 years, we are always ahead of the developments.

As for the result... it speaks of itself! Hundreds of graduates of La Chef Levi, cooks and confectioners, hold today envious positions in every part of Greece, Europe and so on, meanwhile many run their own branded businesses, hotels, restaurants, pastry shops and catering. Our older students, who already are established professionals, embrace our new ones by choosing them for their businesses and securing work for our graduates!

Virginia -La Chef  - Anastasiadou

The world famous and only Chef who owns a school in Greece set one goal, to educate with the best and most specialized way the students in the only gastronomical environment with 2 specialties in the country. Her vision for a school with a family-oriented feel, is being nurtured since 1989 through La Chef Levi. She wishes to learn and be in touch with her students since as she herself underlines, wants to most importantly be a Chef and a Teacher. She has taught professionals around the world, created businesses in every part of Greece but her favorite activity remains teaching and her will to nurture the new generations. Recently La Chef scored another success as the only Greek school with professional function abroad, demonstrating the recipe for success that is being taught in Greece and the uniqueness of the study programs. Her book was recently translated in the French language, the mother of gastronomy, and constitutes inspiration for many young as well as experienced chef. Chef Anastasiadou, the only female Chef and owner of a school with thousands of graduates all around the world, combines specialization and experience in a way that she only knows and supports her students for a guaranteed professional recognition.
