•2015: Chef’s Club Contest, five new medals in all cooking and pastry making categories our students competed. Impressive attraction by the people and admiration by chefs and students from around the world.
•2013: Chef’s Club Contest, six medals in all cooking and pastry making our students competed.
•2011:Panhellenic Cooking-Pastry making competition, Gold Best student 2011, Gold Best desert 2011, Silver- three course menu (appetizer-main course- desert).
•2009: Fashion show out of edible ingredients at Macedonia Palace. All earnings were donated to Storgi association.
•2008: Participated at the Parisian Agrotica exposition and the corresponding Greek in 2009. Our students prepared a menu for French and Italian Chefs.
•2008: Cooperated with the Industrial Chamber of Thessaloniki for the promotion of the area Delta Aksiou.
•2003-2004: First school in Greece to represent our country in Europe. (Since then another or the same or similar competition has not taken place)
•2002-2016: Bean soup for Kalamaria county every Green Monday.
•2000:Best school of Europe at the Brussels Competition, sixth position out of twenty five countries.
•1999:Construction of a White Tower 2,5m chocolate model at Aristotelous square.
•1998:Record for Guinness: Profiterole of 4500kilos at Klafthmonos Square in Athens. Construction and offer with the participation of one hundred and twenty students.
•1997:World patent. First time in the world a fashion show with garments made out of chocolate-sugar-caramel-eggplant-pepper e.t.c. at Asteras Vouliagmenis in Athens
•1994: World record for the construction of a 1800kilos cake with the assistance of sixty students of LaChef (Levi) school, for the anniversary of the municipal radio of Thessaloniki.
•1993:Record for Guinness. Profiterole of 2500tones at Aristotelous square. Construction and offering with the assistance of eighty-five students.
•1990-2010: Forty Gold- twenty two Silver- twenty five Bronze are the awards of our students who participate in Panhellenic and European contests.
•1990: Organization of the 1st Panhellenic Contest of Professional Confectioners.
